Boarding Hours

Dogs can stay 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an unlimited amount of time.
Drop-offs and pick-ups may be done Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm and
Saturday's 8:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday noon to 5:00pm. We offer a special arrangement pick-up on Sunday morning at 8:00 am & Sunday evenings at 9:00 pm by appointment. There is a $16 charge for the 9 pm service, or clients may use their full daycare punch card. ($6 less than staying overnight)
Dogs not picked up by 6:00pm on weekdays, 4:00pm Saturday or 5pm Sunday will be charged an additional nights stay, and will need to be picked up the following day. Dogs need to be picked up at the same time of day they were dropped off to avoid an additional daycare charge.

Deposits may be required for dogs staying longer than two weeks.

Age
Dogs must be at least 16 weeks of age and/or have completed their series of distemper parvo vaccinations.

Vaccinations
All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordatella (kennel cough) shots. Please note that the Bordatella vaccines
are administered by your veterinarian only at your request (i.e. if you haven’t asked for it your dog probably hasn’t had it).

Food
When boarding, please bring a supply of your dog’s food in a closable container labeled with his/her name. It is important that
their diet is not changed during their stay with us. You may also bring beds, blankets or favorite toys with to make their stay more comfortable. (Ruffing It will not be held responsible for items that are lost or destroyed.) If you do not bring your dog food we
will provide our food or we will purchase the food that your pet regularly eats. There is a charge for this service.
Also, please be aware that it is common for pets to have a change in appetite, experience lethargy, vomiting, and/or diarreah before, during or after their stay. This is not unusual and may be caused from a change in environment, nervousness, excersise or simply the change in routine.

Cancellations
If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to your reservation so that we may offer that time to others who need our services. Reservations are required- although we usually will take last minute reservations.

Medication
A Medication Waiver must be signed and dated before we can give your pet medication. This form will provide us with the
medication name, dosage and times to be administered. All medication should be kept in its original packaging with your dogs name listed on the label.

Identification

All dogs are required to wear collars with identification (no chokers). Identification must include dogs name, owners name and
phone number.
